Since your baby is only six months, the fact that he cannot weight bear on his feet is probably more due his age than his talipes.
When you say he is "not able to lift his weight" I am not sure what you mean. If you mean that he is not crawling, then this is not something which many infants of his age can do.
If you were to bring him into the clinic we would be able to carry out a full assessment of his posture and development to determine if he was delayed in any way and if appropriate we may be able to assist to help him to use that limb effectively. We have treated many babies with talipes and may also be able to help to resolve it.
